And AFAIK this kind of stretching doesn't do very much alone for martial arts. You need dynamic stretching as well.
I would think active stretching is as/almost as effective.
I bet there is a good point, but waaaay TLDR. Maybe do another version for us sleepy&drunken ones.
It's a dramatic breed.
Sweet raisin/cranberry bread goes well with something savoury on top, like a good cheese, parma ham, salami, or whatever you like.
