Its the weight thats the problem especially if you have thick hair
Mom would say oh it was so pretty and all this and i told her what it was doing to me and she realized finally ive never like my long hair
And once i moved in with my dad he let me do whatever with it and it went from knee length to shoulder length and then to a fade
As a person whose mom never let her cut her hair ask what your daughter wants to do. I use to get headaches, nose bleeds, and neck problems
