You could always issue them a 1099-C based on those 10 years. At the very least the last 2 years. It discharges the debt they owe you but it does shift the tax burden to the employer of those in paid wages. Then the IRS will go after them for failure to pay taxes on discharged debt. Depending on how they evaluate it they could apply penalties for the last 2 years or all 10 years plus the unpaid amount. It's dirty but if they won't pay you they WILL pay the IRS once they get involved. Have fun!
