You clearly missed the point. But hey I mean you do you. I’m not going to sit by and let someone abusing a loophole an already generous PTO system causing issues for the rest of the team and making us take on her work slide by. If that’s something you’re fine with then by all means stay your course.
I know she didn’t mean this but this reminds me of HR telling a coworker I had that tried to claim every major holiday for the countries we operated in as well as any major religion she didn’t even practice. Im all for getting more time off but that was quite a stretch.

Mine have started putting them up. And then swapped to a regular flag on Veteran’s Day. I think the irony is lost on them.
