Find a good chiropractor. Mine does this all the time. Even without coughing. Eventually he showed me ways I could maneuver it back myself.
I have PCOS, Im 38 weeks pregnant now. Took a hell of a lot of effort but we got there. Letrozole is the med that made it happen. Good luck!
My best friend had the exact same surgery. Recovery is a bitch, but dear god, is her quality of life better! Hope she heals quick!

My dog had epilepsy. It’s was terrifying. He had about 5-7 seizures a week until we got him on the right meds. Hope your pup recovers quick!

I just found out I have PCOS. :/
My husband was waiting to see how high he could get it before it fell/I made him throw it out.
My husbands side of the bed. He was trying to see how high he could get it before I made him throw them out.
I have permanent hearing loss in my left ear from a friend waking me up this way. She took a reflex fist to the face

2/2 whichever way you decide to go with it, find someone to talk to. Therapist, friend, etc. I’m so sorry you have to go through this.
I didn’t report my assault because calling it rape didn’t seem right, but that’s what it was. It’s taken me years to absorb that.
