Powerlifter and all round nerd βΊοΈ
The form is acceptable for how I lift! Sure there are things I can work on but it is a lot of very slow progress! Should see what my squats looked like when I started ππ
Admitedly the safeties are too low haha ideally would want someone either side for a spot too! Just didnt want my spotter to have to be in a video π
Again not AI :) just low bar squat form that works for me! Is it perfect? Absolutely not π but with my biomechanics it does the job while I work on it with a coach
This is not AI ππ if it was I would have made my form better
I never said my form was perfect? Powerlifting rarely is tbh as you get a lot of form breakdown when RPE goes up :) but I am actively working on it with a coach! It doesnβt mean I canβt be proud of my progress in the meantime though :)
I am bracing, which is very important when lifting very heavy weights.
4ft 8β
I do soo much accessory work π it is just very boring to watch so never film it!
No! So you cant see it in this angle but my butt is actually on the bench! (The lower cheeks are at least which is still acceptable for the IPF)
Not for deadlifts!
I have already received feedback from then for this set :) *lift with your legs not your back* is a very vague statement too and isnt all that useful
Ikr 4cm is a lot too!
I have a coach :)
Close! 144cm
They were my first ever gig lol π
144cm :)
I am obsessed with it
Hmm sometimes but I also know I wont do this type of training forever and when i am older will switch to training that improves the longevity of my joints and such, there are still benefits to the training I do but deffo not the best thing out there for you π
Omg I totally wont be doing this forever π much better ways to be healthy and βfitβ powerlifting is fun but is an extreme sport - I will do it until I dont find it fun anymore :)
100%
Competition!
I am 4ft 8β tall haha I compete in a weightclass sport where a judge weighs me - I compete at u52kg so am currently sitting heavier than normal :)
ππ
This comp was literally over a year prior ππ I have a powerlifting coach and my form is fine (not perfect but hard singles rarely are)
Incorrect :)
I was injured yes! But it was not from a specific set or anything like that π just a back strain which happens when you a extreme sport - all better now and will be competing again soon :)
I compete for a sport so yeah I need to occasionally do very hard single reps lol
I was very new to lifting π
This!!
They are :)
