Finally hit 150kg in the gym again :)
This used to be a weight I couldn’t get off the floor
Hips shot too early but here is some conventional deadlifts
I got a new rep personal best!
112.5kg pause deadlifts- really working on technique for a consistent starting position
I was soooo happy with how this moved
Keeping that technique solid with pause work
I want to be able to do 10 pull ups
One day I will get 160kg
The arch is just powerlifting technique it’s perfectly safe :)
