Difference is, a poodle that bites you is only so dangerous. A pitbull that bites can kill you easily and will take a lot to get off you.
There is a god damn reason why pitbulls are statistically most dangerous by a huge margin. They're Terriers bred for aggression.

Dog school I go to with my dogs no longer accept pits, the breed is too dangerous. The ladies that run the place have the scars to prove it

That means there is nothing left to tax, so exemption does not matter. Businesses pay taxes on profits.
Churches don't need to be tax exempt. If they spent the money on the community and don't retain it they won't have profit to tax. Tax profit
