There are two different views. Critics rate it. Destiny fans don’t see much difference and I agree, it’s destiny 1.5, not 2.
The D1 dead orbit scout rifle had a lot of useful perks: http://destiny.wikia.com/wiki/Hung_Jury_SR4. So hopefully the new one is the same.
