Our family cats could tell time. We lived on military bases where Taps was played at 5PM, a cannon would sound, and my dad would be home ten minutes later to feed them. Even after we moved from places with the cannon, the cats would be sitting by their bowls at 5:10PM, ready.

As a woman who has lived alone the majority of her life since the age of 17, I am usually the one changing the tire, (it's fun!) and I've deterred a home invasion at my neighbor's home by simply waking outside in my deranged fluffy robe, with a pitchfork. So, send Tom Holland.

Fun fact about watches: The only part that "matters" for country of origin labeling is the movement - the clock bit. So a watch can be labeled as "made in Switzerland" as long as the movement was made there. Most Swiss watches you see are actually just Swiss movements installed in Chinese made bodies, exported then from China directly. But still "Swiss." (Interestingly, though, now laws require separate taxation on the packaging itself.)
So glad I had the sound on... My grandmother was an avid bowler, and an all-around gifted athlete with few opportunities to showcase it. We weren't especially close, but I always felt closer to her when I did sports. She was a 300 bowler OFTEN. The only thing I wanted when she died was her bowling ball. I bowled my only 300 game the first time I used her ball. Her name was engraved on it, and before I threw my final roll with her ball, I whispered, "come on, Colleen..." Actually, I'm crying now.
Everyone who downvotes me when I defend that WV is full of fantastic people can swallow this video whole. These are the people I know, and why I love my home state.
As a woman with an actual diagnosis of a "hostile womb," I cannot carry a pregnancy to term. Does that mean m make partner and I could not partake? Since we cannot bear children??
My hair is basic, and gets done once per year. It's $400. Nails? Even a basic gel manicure is $75 in most places. Lashes? $400. If any of those are upgraded, you can spend $1700 in a flash. (A friend just sent me money today to get Juvederm lip injections for a new job. She lovingly sent $75. The injections are $500.)
Just bought a NEON magenta shirt for my first day at a new job. I don't want anyone to look at me for too long without getting unsettled.
Also, because testicles are "immune-privileged," the sperm isn't impacted by antibodies - whether introduced or naturally occurring.
