It was mostly the wind. 45F isn’t so bad, but the backing and veering crosswind was something around 10-15kts with gusts to 20kts.

Build endurance and then speed. I have a low VO2 max and high blood pressure. I’ve never not been able to run, but now I’m putting more consistent effort into it.
I started using a mix of Daniel’s Running Formula (book) and the treadmill runs in Apple Fitness. More into using the book now. It’s worked great at developing pace count and breathing. All that’s helped with building up endurance. I’m not fast, but I can keep going. 🙂
😆 Pace and breath counting keeps the demons away.
15:00 minute pace walking is great! I’m a slow walker and wish I could keep up with others. Which is weird since I can and like running.
Ugh, I hate that part. I’m near the beach so the breeze takes care of most of the exhaust.

When I'm sitting in the church and the priest starts making political comments, I wonder if it would be appropriate for me to start recording, build a body of evidence, and then send it to the IRS.

Tell me about it! I just got done with 2.97. The only thing I like about the treadmill is that I get to control the pace and force myself to be better without depending on will power.
