Very injury risk heavy. We've to do this in the army, having proper technique saves you a lot of effort. But it stays very exhausting!

For a western European country it is bad imho. I went many times to eastern Europe ect and there it was super cheap, 10 euros for 50GB eg.
Here we pay 30 euros for 5GB/month :/
