You guys must be naive of you think the trump administration will deport someone cheating on their behalf. Of course he will be pardoned, celebrated, and the DOJ will vigorously attack the Kansas AG for what they will call a "unfair and evil democratic conspiracy"
What do you think all the deployments of the national guard to whichever state is about? They are training and learning for the midterms. When midterms come, American democracy will be no more. Nobody from the GOP will admit it of course..

Sorry. I'm a foreigner (Danish citizen) but with an avid interest in US politics.
Also, I'm not voting in the US election, but I also wouldn't be voting for Biden, but for Bidens administration, which has an excellent track record of managing the economy and foreign policy.
I definitely think that identify formation is a complex process and some traits are immutable. But I also think that people feeling that the definitions of 'male' and 'female' are too restrictive, and we need to make the definitions more inclusive...

I agree with that, but I would just claim that the main US weakness right now is it's internal fractures and its ability to provide an agreeable quality of life and health for a large part of its populace.

Healthcare reform itself might not directly scare China. But a healthier, more educated US population absolutely strengthens our nation as a whole.Divisions and declining health and wellbeing is the only credible threat to the US at the moment.. Where do you see threats to the US come from? Across the pacific? The US (currently) is the only country that has the ability to project any meaningful power in that way."

China and Russia hopes for the fall of the US. The US will not fall because of a military invasion. It will fall because of systemic problems inside the US, declining mental health, divisions and a population that whithers away.
