yep. That happened to me too since Covid. I only eat at home, my food is delicious, I'm a great cook and I'm fat now.

The downward spiral
Had the same thoughts over and over. Now I just don't care about it anymore. I do my job, take care of my cat and eat nice food. That's it.
In France we have to prove that and even if we do and are 40 years old, we still need our parents to sign the lease with us.
I'm jealous.
