For some reason I can't eat while watching Jeremy Kyle. It puts me on edge.

Mine's all over my palms AND the soles of my feet. My feet is the worst, it is itchy like nothing else in this world
Me too, I feel your pain. My doctor told me to avoid getting my hands wet, which is almost impossible if you care about hygiene.
This is devastating :( We need these people. People filled with love and goodness.
Me too, sometimes I take a bite of a cookie then catch myself and spit it out into the bin. Keep going, we can do it!
I imagine that my mind is a washing machine and it sloshes the thought around until it gets all soggy and i can see it any more
But if you don't say "that never works", you'll keep trying the same method and be stuck in the "old patterns" it says to avoid...
I stayed at an airbnb recently where the host had 2 ferrets. The smell hit you like a brick wall as soon as you opened the front door.
That poor, poor kid :(
