without looking too closely i thought this guy was in hospital, with his arm in some sort of scanner. Business class looks very strange.

2) of a pleasant experience, but when they're rude I change to being a shitty customer. With lots of people looking for work I just dont get
1) Disclaimer - I've worked retail a lot, shops, restaurants and hotels. In the UK I find most retail staff rude, I start off with hopes
3) everything they want, betraying and you're the one that ends up looking like the unreasonable one.
2) and asks for the manager, the manager is a huge pussy just because the customer is angry, almost immediately folds and gives them
1) I never see the one where you deny a customer request as per rules of your employer or latest team meeting etc, the customer gets angry
