Also, the BOS-SFO 1st class was... lacking. Seats were bigger than economy but that's about it.
Only letdown was still having to pay for wifi after spending all that on 1st.

Boston to Honolulu, about $1800 each. Although that's skewed a bit because we did a flight/hotel package
