#45 the three branches of givernment idea actually came from the Book of Deuteronomy, the 5th book of the Bible.
Middlemen, be it insurance companies, the government and/or bureaucracy all need to be removed so that individuals deal directly with their health care providers on terms to which they both agree, and no one else. This keeps services relevant and costs low.
Just for historical accuracy (if that matters), the three branches of government were derived from the books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy. Moses (executive branch), the tribal elders (legislative branch), the Levites (judicial branch). Deuteronomy was quoted more than any other piece by the founding fathers outside Blackstone’s commentary on law, which was also quoting Deuteronomy.
