When the puppies are 3 weeks old, she will be producing about 2.5 liters of milk a day and that will drain her a lot
Best option is regular dog food mixed with some chicken, as proteins is very good for them.
Increase her meals gradually. Once she gives birth she will need to eat about 5-6 times a day

Actually, Christmas is in Kalisz :p I only visited Wroclaw.

I normally use booking.com and apply pet friendly filter. As for food, i take a bag of dry food and a couple of cans with us.

We only went there for a couple of hours, but we had a nice weather, so got to walk around a lot. Great parks and views in general.
And of course they need a microchip. Other EU countries have no border controls, so there are no issues.
3 to 1 day before crossing the border. On the way out there are no checks, they only control everything on the way back
We live in UK, so they need a rabies vaccination that has to be renewed every 3 years. They need to get worming pills before entering UK

Hey, there are no issues to be honest. Borders are open in EU and I drive with them
