My husband was in AIT and I hadn't seen him for a while. Finally got to see him and we had to stay on base, but couldn't be in a car. (Army, what are you gonna do?) We had to walk everywhere and it started raining hard. Another soldier pulled over, offered us a ride, but we had to decline. She handed us a pink umbrella.It's my favorite umbrella.

I appreciate comments like this because it gives me perspective I didn't have before. Reading about men's mental health struggles has made me want to do better for my own partner. I encourage my partner to get things he wants because he works hard for us, but intimacy can maybe be an even better reward.I encourage you to talk to your wife and the comments here have already had some great ideas. Maybe suggest she can treat you to a date with that money that was saved?
