#1 I find this lifestyle morally reprehensible, but good on her for loving her sister, despite joining a cult.

Back when I had a full head of hair, even w/ help this would have been pretty impossible - considering I had an afro. Also, of somewhat less relevance, I'm a dude.
You have the highest percentage of your population incarcerated worldwide, yet the people in power can do basically whatever they want with impunity and nobody is seeing jailtime, much less prison. Wringing your hands over legal particulars is missing the forest for the trees. Your entire justice system is a two-tiered farce and only serves to grant a veneer of legitimacy to massive injustice.
I'm German. From the outside looking in, considering history, what you are saying and alluding to sounds incredibly, incredibly naive. Everything you said and what is said in the clip above feels incredibly indulgent and ignoring the larger context - that all this if way, way too little and too late. It's been ~10 years since he has been first elected and there haven't been serious consequences for anyone. You are clearly not performing the function of being a bulwark against fascism.

In your metaphor, the driver has one of those huge, dangerous, nigh indestructible SUVs, is the buddy of the local prosecutor, keeps getting away with it and you keep going out with him again and again. For all its evils, MAGA has shown that if enough of y'all combine efforts and stay consistent and loud, you do get your way, even if it is to put a stupid and criminal admin in charge. Yet you guys refuse to band together and keep up the effort, unless personally affected (see Minnesota).

Ironically enough, I agree with you in general, you just happen to have fallen victim to it yourself.Sidenote - the issue, as said in the comment you replied to, is that the reason why blood plasma is lowest is bc you sweat in the night, which means while you do lose some salt & such, you mainly lose water, so that is what you should prioritize replenishing. And unless you plan on fasting all day, you'll have electrolytes.
