Well it's more Germany hit Russia because they were running out of food for the blitzkrieg so had to try and take out Russia for their bread

Was there a large enough audience set up? If you had narrow targeting you might struggle to shift budget

Then you should start working on which one's you can till they become second nature, then keep going.
Can't speak for ck2 but with EU4 at least it's decent content, like they take the money but at least they continue to add to the game

A stonemason I laboured with when I was younger told me about this unlucky guy and his mishaps, since then he refuses to work with them.
