The gov wants to threaten ISP licenses [title 2] , NDAA fiscal year 2017, christmas eve. Gov can revoke license if ISP doesn't censor 1/2
a passage that was snuck in a budget bill, that let government revoke license of ISP if they failed to take down "foreign propaganda".
Reversal of what? it wasn't free before a passage of text that was passed in a 3k page bill on christmas eve 2 years ago?
One of my friends had a kid, she doesn't want to vacc until the kid is like 4. Hospital offered right away new born. Is it ok to wait?
