Look, you’re entitled to not like hunting, fine if you don’t, but if you can’t accept that human beings kill things en masse not for fun but mostly for profit then you’re just showing your ignorance. Sport fisher folks and hunters (another conversation) are among the best advocates of nature conservation in the world. Reckless capitalism and greed are by far the causes of any of these species becoming endangered and extinct. Active participation and living within the reality of our world, being a part of it, is much more helpful than either willful ignorance or just plain working for evil and profit. Don’t hate on someone’s sport if they are being thoughtful about it - we need more of that
