This describes my vegan friends. They’re vegan more for broader environmental reasons, not because they’re uncomfortable eating meat.

He studied Wing Chun under Yip Man, but eventually went on to develop his own variant translated to English as, "Bruce Lee's Kung Fu."

Yes, I did a combination of exposure and cognitive behavioral therapies. It was tough, but it helped immensely. No need for benzos anymore!
Agreed - service can be great therapy. But for people who struggle to even barely function, that may feel like an impossibly big first step.
