Flogged down = rained heavily. Brolly = Umbrella..and when someones "fkn spewin" it means upset and mad at the same time, more upset though.

The speed limits are set for EVERYONES safety. Not just those who are 80+ y/o. Most people speeing kill others, not themselves.
Or people can just follow the road rules and not fucking speed, then they'd have nothing to worry about!
