Ah, another internet witch hunt by self-righteous online asshats. This AJ guy is a dbag, but come on now...
I solve this problem for myself by riding in a car and wearing whatever the hell I want.
Must be nice to have tenants who pay. My parents own a few properties and have tried damn near everything to screen tenants, no dice.
Sorry for your loss, but I gotta say if my parents died I wouldn't blow my inheritance on shiny toys for my apartment.
