Went from faceplanting (literally could not do one pushup) with biceps the thickness of my thumb to strongish in a few months. Keep at it (:

Sugar addiction goes away after ~2 weeks of not eating candy. After that the thought of eating sweets feels odd/dumb. Just my two cents (:
