Where does the state get it’s money from? In UK, ambulances doesn’t cost the individual directly but it’s definitely tax payer funded
It’s relative to what you know though, 30 years ago housing in UK has barely changed, 30 yrs ago in China is a huge step up.
Before you go around repeating this, it’s not entirely true. I’d say all/most apartments in northern China have heating built in.
Could be an issue with structural integrity and loss of that much wing meant the airplane was crashing.
