It has to be taken into account at the very least. Donald Trump is genuinely, generationally stupid as well as evil, and won election through people who resonated with that.
He keeps talking about getting to heaven, and his prior behavior sure shouldn't allow it, so I have to assume he's trying to see if he can stack overflow his list of sins.
