PhD student in CS here. Random forests (just an ensemble of a lot of decision trees) are still pretty up there in performance for a lot of applications! There is also a lot more to AI than deep learning and neutral networks. Decision making and game playing is often done through planning or reinforcement learning (although potentially formulated as neutral networks)

How about this then: in one case, ownership by an individual by default excludes access to another random person in one of these cases. In the other case, the copying does not affect/limit/restrict the access of the original owner

The RC gives high level commands(direction, gait type etc) The control algo still decide where and when to move the joints for stability
