Those are both 9mm and might have more recoil than a beginner would like.
I would recommend a smaller caliber for your first hand gun. Probably a .22.

Looking online, seems like it depends on the post office if they will allow it or not. Looked at a UPS box and they are double the cost.
I contacted the Postmaster about it and he apologized for her being rude and said they don't allow other carriers to deliver there.
I got a USPS PO Box and had an Amazon order delivered to it and when I picked it up the lady there chewed me out and said they don't do that
I did ask them to do that. Will be looking into a PO box this week.

Tweezers or very small needle nose pliers would work well. I used wire cutters and regular needle nose pliers and they were about too large.
