They are not good. The chicken one tastes like two week old rancid chicken left in a warm car and dipped in sugar. the others were better in that I have no recollection of an actual taste compared to the chicken flavoured one.

They can be, yeah. I also blame the clients that are paying the call center to take their calls (as so many are sourced to external call centers rather than be in-house). If the client says "i don't want poor performers on my calls" the call center company either has to shift them to another client (if they can) or term them. It sucks all round, really.
Might not just be for a "better bonus" . I once worked for a company that, if you didn't "save" enough % of caller accounts in a month, you were warned and in the second month of low "saves" % you were fired.
