Nah man - standards are standards - add a piloting test. What part of make the standards = for a job. I was infantry. A pilot needs to survive high G-forces, sit in a confined space for ridiculous periods of time with a copilot with BO, survive and evade when crashed behind enemy lines carrying a the same wounded co-pilot (now with even worse BO) - so they prob need higher standards - what does any of this have to do with diversity?
The actual job is to close with and destroy the enemy through maneuver and fires. You set equal and high standards because you don’t know what that will entail until things start exploding.

In adults ADHD is almost universally obstructive sleep apnea or another primary or secondary sleep disorder. Submit to 2 weeks of actigraphy and an overnight polysomnogram. The chronically sleep deprived also frequent feel depressed and/or anxious.
If you stick to user sub and reliably block any user that posts anything political after about a month Imgur becomes usable again
If you build up to it starting from the fundamentals you could do that shit easily. It’s like learning a language.

Three kids under 8 - wife and I have a blast with em. Raising them to be creative, thoughtful, industrious. Bluey is amazing. Be at a point in life when you’re ready and have a good partner. Sure life is neat when you’re young, I waited till 35 to start - but life has a barren future without children.
This seems weird to use the word gaslighting here. Medicine is sometimes difficult and not every physician has the expertise or training to find the right answer. Sometimes the doctor is wrong, but I feel like that is different than gaslighting.
