When you use a flashlight it's called the man-o-lantern
This is something that will get you in trouble in some Navy jobs, we were actually told to not follow orders that were wrong if er knew it.

I think they make small devices for small breakers, they sort of clip in.
I am guessing it is not common to apply a lock to the breaker?
