You need better stores... I've been able to get fresh on three different continents. Just be careful and it's top notch, versatile, recognizable unique flavor. Fermented flour in pandebonos won best bread roll on the planet recently. Still have to make absolutely sure no cyanide
Also called tapioca. Make sure to boil it long enough or it is poisonous. From there you can use it for anything potato like or you can buy the starch of it as a gummy sort of flour for bread. You can also use corn to make arepas
