You can get latex in a number of different thicknesses, and often translucency by putting less dye into the mix. (Latex is a kind of milky cream colour before dye is added.) That suit could definitely have been made to show off the tattoos underneath.

In a Star Trek-like universe with food replicators, there are probably foodies who refuse to touch it's 'food' because it doesn't count unless it was made by a human cook/chef.

Looks great! One of the few occasions where I see a woman cosplaying a male character and I think, "yeah, the male version of that outfit probably had the corset and leather pants too."

Super Intuition could be the main power, being able to get a ton of information from subconsciously reading people and her environment. Basically a type of precognition, like a spider-sense.

That wasn't really the issue. They changed the pose because they didn't think it fitted Tracer's character, not because it was too sexy, it was just bad reporting that gave that impression to the public. Blizzard replaced it in the end with a pose that was similar, but more fitting for the character, as it was based on aircraft pin-up art and Tracer was a pilot.

Tumblr should absolutely not be used as a credible source on mythology, or probably anything else. Someone made up a Greek goddess once called Mesperyian, and the associated fake myth was being spread around mythology blogs and websites with anyone bothering to fact check it.

I think it's more in the sense of 'we shouldn't use what happens to Boebert's son as an excuse to dunk on Boebert herself'. She's done plenty herself that's worth criticism without blaming her for her adult kid's choices.

She plays with a guy who drums on buckets in a bathtub while wearing a rubber horse mask, I think she can handle a ghost doing the job.

It's not like armour is much defence against a xenomorph's claws/teeth/acid anyway, might as well be mobile.

Turians based on dextro-amino acids. Human ingestion of tissue could provoke allergic reactions. Anaphylactic shock possible. So don't, ah, ingest.

I mean, yeah, but Sejic didn't design the costume, he was just doing the cover art on that particular comic cover.

Looks most like the Darwyn Cooke redesign, it was the standard DC comics look for several years.

Let's be honest, they'd probably cast a black women for the role. I'm all for more diversity in films and TV, but it genuinely does seem to be the redhead characters who get raceswapped most of the time.

The third one. Tudyk also voices Optimus Prime in Transformers: EarthSpark, one of the more recent 3D animated series.

If your copies of the books had them. The ones I had as a kid only had the map in the front and there were no characters on the covers.

I have no idea who these two are but I'm getting strong Enid and Wednesday vibes from the picture.

'William Henry, Duke of Gloucester'? Do Americans pronounce William with two syllables? I've always known it with three with the 'i' separate

"My dear sir, there are individuals roaming the streets of Fallen London at this very moment with the faces of squid! Squid! Do you ask them their gender? And yet you waste our time asking me trifling and impertinent questions about mine? It is my own business, sir, and I bid you good day." - the third gender option in Fallen London

To me, that was one of the better examples of Renegade options - making the hard decision to betray the krogan in exchange for salarian aid, or because you thought they would be a future threat under Wreav. Similar to the rachni queen choice. Renegade Shepard should have been about the harsh but pragmatic options for the greater good, rather than just being a petty dick for the sake of it.

This is basically like that advice about imagining an audience naked to help with the fear of public speaking. It doesn't actually change the power dynamic, just the way you see the other person/s.

Legs apart and the expert version is basically the 'Jack-O pose'.
