This is my public profile. I wrote something about myself.
Yeah it's probably a pretty big factor lol
2/2 I have a very sedentary lifestyle with a desk job, so even just general activities to get the blood pumping and sweat pouring burns more
I only "workout" 4-5 days a week, but on off days I still make sure I'm doing some activity, even if it's just yard work or house cleaning
When I was just focusing on weight loss my daily caloric goal went from 2800 to start down to 1800 when I started weight lifting more
Just diet and exercise. Right now I try to stay between 2000-2500 calories depending on what my workout looks like that day.
I haven't yet, but I've thought about it.
I’m 6’1
Thank you ?
I’ll settle for UNconventionally attractive then ?
Aw thank you
I’ve been overweight my entire life. Over the last few years I ballooned up because of binge eating and drinking. Self-medicating.
Dude for real. My favorite part the day is wiping my ass and putting on socks. Two things that were hard to do before
I don’t think I really ever dealt threatening. If anything I definitely feel more confident
Thanks! I feel like a completely different person. Like I’m alive for the first time.
Some days I kinda miss pigging out and finishing off a whole extra large pizza.
Oops I meant 425 in the bottom picture
6’1. I was probably closer to 425 in the top picture. The close up face picture was at 485
I'm amazed at how much bigger it is when it's not being squished by blobs of fat
LOL!
I agree. I went on many dates with great women and met my fiance on Bumble
My dachshund has never encountered an indestructible toy. He can chew up anything. I think he's up to this challenge.
This right here is the most-likely reason.
You're confusing nutritional content with energy. A calorie is nothing but a unit of measurement of energy.
Don't lose hope. I spent years striking out on dating apps and websites before meeting my girlfriend on Bumble.
Yeah, for my dog. I have a dachshund and he has trouble jumping up on the tall bed.
Thanks man. If you ever wanna talk about it more or want support hit me up.
Oh I'm much happier now. I'm always just in serious business mode when I'm at the gym and that's where I took the progress shot
Username is accurate haha
Haha yeah I've gotten that a lot.
