Just because someone can afford psychiatric help doesn't mean they don't deserve any concern. But kudos to you for helping others man.

It's largely dependant on the field, yes. But it is usually a requirement for quite a few modern jobs.
Because there's an increasingly smaller chance at actually getting a decent job without a degree

Just yesterday I had a woman come into the produce department, ask a question about the sodas, then yell at me for not knowing the answer.
