Pork is in the middle. IMO pork give acceptable result but beef is way to wasteful of ressource.
it is. Beef is the worst by a long stretch. take an insane amount of grain to feed them plus they produce alot of methane gas. (1-2)
More pork and chicken, less beef. Still eating your daily dose of meal while saving the environment. Best of two world.
