They were offered 24,000,000 and Kentucky's GDP is > 240,000,000,000. You're off by a factor of about 10,000x
There's at least one episode where you see his full face clearly, but not really intentional.
If nothing else, turquoise spans green to blue. This definitely falls in there, though more blue than the "average"
Something akin to resonance at a boundary layer between different airspeeds. You can create similar symmetries by tweaking fluid speeds around a drain.

It's really easy to make them into cubes - you just don't try to do it one at a time. Pull them into a string by breaking away errant loops. Once you have that you can close the loop and pinch it together. From there you can break/fold those paired pieces to make smaller blocks or sheets that fold together easily.
Baseball coaches have a long history of getting ejected from games for arguing calls. But often, it's a show being put on to inspire their team. Sometimes they will scream in the umpires face but be saying something like "I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE THAT CALL, YOU'RE TOTALLY RIGHT, BUT I WANT YOU TO EJECT ME FROM THE GAME!" and kick some dirt on them to give an unambiguous reason to toss them out. It's the baseball equivalent of a dive in football.

Guessing this is old or not in the US (Canada maybe?). All the major US carriers shut down 3G a couple years ago. Could possibly be a regional carrier but once the major ones have sunset there's little incentive to keep supporting the older protocol - it just wastes radio bandwidth.
Or you can buy it direct from someone, only to find out it's being warehoused and shipped by Amazon anyway.
Burning lighter fluid, like you'd have in a standard zippo, has a very noticable smell from unburned fuel evaporating near the flame. Where something like a match might have a little sulphur smell when initially struck but finishes reacting almost immediately.
I was looking at that as well - worked IT for a huge hospital system before.
