A form of self flagellation to feel worthy enough to enter the house of your imaginary friend?!?
Hi Teak… great name… lil scruff… Dex says Hi to his cousint!! Handsome lil pupper!
Death by Snu Snu!
He is called Don Limpio is Spain…. Kinda takes away from his masculinity. ?
Thanks. But not One bit of it is Ikea...all second hand cabinets, sprayed the doors, only the counter top , the appliances and floor are new.
We gutted the house and let it tell us how it wanted to be... a lil bit at a time.
When saw it we couldn’t bring ourselves to cover it back up.... and the Green man is overseeing proceedings.
In fairness... the metro tile has been used since the 1800s.well established as a classic and easy to keep clean..brightens up small spaces
Cheers... it looks like a butcher block.. but it’s actually a chopping board with knife drawer.so handy. I have a thing for chopping boards
A friend was throwing them out.... we “took them to the dump”... free of charge. Resprayed the doors and fitted the carcass to our needs.
The trouble with the primer is that it isn’t sealed... we wanted the Matte effect... but it absorbs any grease or dirt that hits it.
I’m in Ireland.... I assume by your username that you are in Alaska .... or you are a fan of AK47... either the gun or the herb. ?
All in ... was under 2k euros...
Mostly free.cabinets are upcycled , biggest expense was the oak counter top and the floor.tiled it myself. Dad and bro helped with cabinets
Lino on the floor... windows are PVC... no asbestos thank jeebus.
We wanted the full wrap around counter top so settled for a small fridge ... but we have a utility room that has a bigger fridge/ freezer.
I still have all the old doors.... I’ll give you first refusal..... Threefiddy.
Thank you...It’s Midnight pearl Blue.. if you were wondering.... the wainscotting is a grey primer... for now...
No miracle grow. I had put some mycelium spore in the soil early in the season. Seems to have helped all the plants to share nutrients.
There’s no taste buds where it’s going!
I’m toying with the idea of leaving it outside a convent in a Moses basket!
I had to share my epiphany when I 1st saw the product, thought this might be the place to do it.
Clouds and more clouds.. shtandard Irish day!
I have had that picture in my house for years..A goat looking at lightening ..
