When I make tea, I leave it to steep for 4-6 minutes. I try to take note of the minutes on the clock and then remember it so I can go and do something else when I wait. It helps me to remember the minutes if I factor the number (from 0 to 59).
Doubt there are votes for an override. It would be a worthy effort to try for one though.
The message that Donald vetoed a budget that his own party approved is a good story for Democrats. They (the Republicans) asked him because they continue to be courteous to the rapist. And I wonder what you think would be a better use of congress' time, money, and effort that they would take up instead.
I'm starting to sympathize with the ones who complain about the amount of politics at this site. All the cat posts are starting to make me cranky. You now have two reasons to downvote me straight to hell. Maybe three reasons.
Kennedy is being deceptive. While it is true that Donald can say whatever he wants, it is not true that budgets need to be approved by him before voting on them. Congress can pass whatever it wants and send it to the president's desk. Nobody needs to ask Donald for permission.
#7 Now that I'm 70something have no partner and am looking for ways to simplify my life... Now I have my socks and underwear in my laundry basket and their permanent place is the foot of my bed. I don't any more bother with my chest of drawers. T-shirts are hung in the closet, so I don't fold any clothes any more.

Talking about the air cannon part that requires a constant flow of air. It's got a simple hose to supply the air. The hose cannot be spun around and twisted very far. There are no gears involved in the part that I'm discussing. Of course there are other ways to accomplish this. Probably not within the constraints faced by these HS kids.

Religions have probably been teaching various flavors of morality since about the time man started using fire and making stone tools. Living in a group with enough means for some free time means that you spend some time thinking about how best to treat each other.
And easy to get. If government requires ID then government must supply it without adding hoops to jump through or costs to pay.
