The last one is an easy fix, I'd bet the photographer swiveled the sprinkler head for the shot. I'm more concerned what's living underneath.

Lil advice, drinking water with pills isn't only to 'wash it down' its to keep the pill's chemicals from burning a hole in your stomach. +1
