My dad took his life on Christmas Eve 18 years ago, and while I was too young to remember him well, I certainly appreciate what you do.

According to my grandparents, my uncle died on a fishing trip after standing up in the canoe, so that seems like good advice to me.

Fate didn't have that goal in mind when she became terminally ill about five years ago. My grandpa might live out that dream, though.
This actually reminds me a bit of my Grandma. She said that one of her only goals was to see my siblings and I graduate from High School.
