If you look at the police shooting statistics, 200 PDs had more than 1 killing per year avg. That is 0.01% of all PDs.
There are ~18,000 police departments in the US. I agree some are very corrupt and they are despicable. But most just want to help people
The majority of PDs are good. The media only show the bad ones because that's what gets ratings.
