Hello, if anyone could help me with a pizza that would be so amazing. My partner and I haven't eaten in a couple of days, our car broke down and he hasn't been able to get to work. My MS has been acting up a lot due to the stress and extreme heat, times have been really difficult 😭 We live in Illinois and it is the two of us. Thank you for even reading!

I definitely need to get a cooling vest, I have been losing control of my legs and hands when I overheat 😮💨 it's so annoying

I hope he is able to get it fixed soon, not having AC in the car with this heat is just miserable. My AC doesn't work either and it really messes me up. I wish we could get it fixed but there is just no way with the costs of my medications for my MS. Something needs to change, the high cost of living is just untenable.
