China set the bar pretty high. We have an office in Shanghai and they were completely case-free as of July. Even then ppl wore masks indoors
Traditional animation has such a visceral quality behind it, if that’s the right word, that CGI and flash animation just cannot capture.

There’s a lot of waking up to do if you truly think there’s such a thing as a “free world”. Most present nations are autocratic in nature.
You can always respect someone who is good at their craft, no matter how obscure or niche that craft is.

Applies to senior technical staff, not management. That being said, a manager who is familiar with work he supervises is far more effective.
