Ever tried to replace a hardwood door with the original 113 year old lock? Not easy, and not a $20 fix if you want to keep things original.

We put a fold just below NC's chin, and taped it flat so the face stood up

64 faces per page, 50 pages, so a bit over 3000. We dumped a lot of them in the mailbox, but stuck about half up in the house

We used Blu Tack to stick his face on the photos. And yes, we opened each frame and put him over the actual pictures faces

we took the photos apart, stuck the pics on the photos with blu-tak, put the frames back together and put them back on the wall
