I finally created an imgur account.
Seemed to be no way to operate the lift herself. The gentleman at the top seemed to be operating it. It's an elevator, provide buttons.
Beyond the many moving parts, providing many points of failure already pointed out, I would say the real issue is the fact that there seemed

My wife's immediate reaction: "That's going to make life so difficult for him with 3 voices in his head instead of just one".
Cool! I didn't get to meet him but I did get to hear him play in a small bar. It was great!

The owner filmed it instead of going out to get the package. So either it was staged, or the owner is a real jerk. I'm voting jerk.
And for using numbers to indicate order. It would have been a very difficult read otherwise.

That is so many songs to have to learn a dance for such a little kid. I don't remember my daughter having to do more than 1 or 2.
Come to think of it, all future has tank repairs were done with epoxy.
My father did this to a boat tank when I was a kid. Afterwards, he said it worked ok until he hit an air bubble. It was very very loud.
Those tiles appear to be the old style asbestos exterior tiles. At least, that's what my father told me about the similar tile on our house
